Spend 30 minutes every day on deliberate learning
Start spending half an hour every day learning something that you are passionate about. Don't make excuses about how busy you are at work. When you are working less and learning more, it might seem that you get fewer things done in a day, but you'll get dramatically more done in a year. Remember, 30 minutes a day add up to 180 hours over a year.
